Clients in our DBT program attend individual therapy sessions with a psychologist at least twice per month. In individual therapy sessions, you will discuss in detail what is happening in your life and will get help working on your individual goals.
Individual therapy is also where you will get the help you need to apply the skills you learn in DBT Skills Training Group to your own life, so that you can really make them work for you.
All individual DBT sessions are held at our clinic in person. We do not provide DBT Individual Therapy by Skype, phone or other videoconferencing.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our therapy appointments, including all group sessions, take place on a web-based healthcare video platform.
