Teens in our DBT program attend individual therapy sessions with a psychologist by themselves at least twice per month. In individual therapy sessions, adolescents get help achieving their goals and building the lives they want to have. In Individual Therapy, adolescents also learn to apply skills learned in family skills training to their individual goals.
All Individual DBT sessions are held at our clinic in person and are provided by one of our DBT trained professionals.
